We are currently looking for exceptional and passionate Hospitality professionals for several dynamic roles as Chef de Partie, with one of Melbourne’s leading Hospitality providers located on the banks of the Yarra River. To be successful in this role, you will:

Have a burning desire to advance your culinary career
Provide smooth and effective leadership and support
Have strong experience in either French, European, Modern, Australian, or Asian cooking techniques as well as a solid understanding of upmarket cuisine
Have at least three (3) years experience in a similar role
Be able to take on certain management/leadership responsibilities
Maintain consistency across varying conditions
Work with flair, creativity and passion
Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of Fine Dining/Casual (A la Carte and Buffet) operations
Have had exposure to rostering, as well as food and labour costing
If you have a proven track record in a fast paced commercial kitchen environment, with local and/or international experience, and are passionate about your chosen profession, then we want to talk to you.
